YOUR GUARANTEE By this guarantee Automatic Espresso Machines of San Jose
California guarantees your Jura commercial coffee machine to be free from
defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years or 18,000
drinks, whichever comes first. If during this period of guarantee the product
proves defective due to improper materials or workmanship, Automatic Espresso
Machines of San Jose California will without charge for labor or parts, repair,
or replace the product or it's defective parts upon the terms and conditions set
below.
CONDITIONS
1.The free-of-charge warranty service guarantee will be granted only to Jura
commercial
machines sold by Automatic Espresso Machines Company.
2.This guarantee will not apply if the product requires modification or adaption
to enable it to operate in any other country other than the country for which it
was designed, manufactured, approved and/or authorized or if any damage results
from these modifications.
3.This warranty guarantee covers none of the following:
a. Periodic maintenance ( cleaning and de-scaling) and repair or
replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear;
b. Any adaption or changes to upgrade the product from its normal
purpose as described in the instruction manual;
c. Transport cost, on site repair travel cost and all risks of
transport relating directly or indirectly to the guarantee of the product;
d. Damage resulting from; 1.0
Misuse, including but
not limited to: 1.1
failure to use
the product for its normal purpose or in accordance with JURA's instructions on
the proper use and maintenance 1.2
failure to use and maintain water softener and filtration as directed by Automatic Espresso Machines Company 1.3
use of de-scaling or cleaning tablets other tan Jura tablets 1.4
foreign objects(eg. stones, wood, paper clips) in the grinder 1.5 illegal use
2.0 Repair done by non
authorized Service Stations, or Dealers, or the customer themselves.
3.0 Accidents, lightning,
water, fire, improper ventilation, or any cause beyond the control of
Automatic Espresso Machines Company.
TRANFERABILITY
This warranty guarantee is with the original owner and is not transferable.
OTHER
LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS: Automatic Espresso Machines Company expressly
disclaims liability for incidental and consequential damages caused by the
machine. The terms "incidental damages" refer to the loss of the original
purchasers time, loss of the use of the machine or other costs relating to the
care and custody of the machine. The terms "consequential damages" refer to the
cost of repairing or replacing other property which is damaged when this machine
does not work properly. Any loss of income is excluded. The remedies provided
under this warranty are exclusive and in lieu of all others. This warranty gives
you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from
