When contacting us for your (RAN) return
authorization number we need the following information

Machine model and date purchased.

Brief description of the problem.

Your name, street address, and day time
telephone number or best way to reach you.

Email address,
you will be billed through your credit card or
PayPal.
After you receive your return authorization
number pack your machine carefully and send it to us with the RAN number
written on the outside of the box.
The box the machine originally came in, with the foam
inserts, is made for shipping.
Use it if you have it.
If you don't have the
original box with all the foam inserts, take extra care in wrapping your machine with plenty
of padding. We recommend that you have your machine professionally packed
and that you insure your package against freight damage when you ship it.
Please Note:
1. Include all the parts except water filter,
2. Empty Water Tank, Drain Tray and Spent
Grounds Tray.
3. Empty coffee bean hopper and vacuum out as much coffee grounds
as possible.
There is a minimum charge of $85.00 for
incoming diagnosis plus the return shipping costs. After diagnosing the machine problem(s) we will call, fax, or email you with the repair estimate and ask
your permission to proceed. Sometimes during a repair we may discover other
problems not evident during the initial diagnostic. Upon discovery we stop
work and notify you of any additional cost before we proceed. If you decided
the total repair is more then you want to pay you will be charges
the minimum $85.00 +
return shipping cost.
