The unique Pre Brew Aroma System (P.B.A.S.©): Prior to brewing, the ground coffee is moistened and swells. The electronic system recognizes the programmed coffee quantity precisely and automatically adjusts the pre-brew water quantity. In the brewing process, hot water is forced through the ground coffee making a perfect cup every time.  A second, separate heating system ensures that steam or hot water, according to choice, is always available. The patented automatic cappuccino function draws milk directly out of the jug or one of our small milk coolers, heats it, and then froths it.
