Espresso at the Touch of a Button!
The Nuova Simonelli super-automatic espresso machines all have
microprocessor controlled volumetric delivery of espresso. Touch
sensitive buttons allow delivery of one or two, small or large espresso
coffees. Decaffeinated coffee can also be specified. In addition to the
touch-sensitive coffee delivery, automatic cleaning is also button
operated. The Caffetteria Italiana has a second grinder for decaf or
specialty coffees and has the capability of making two milk based drinks
at the same time.
The micro-metrically-controlled coffee grinder grinds coffee as it is
delivered, so the coffee is always freshly ground. Water is heated with
an electronic temperature regulator, and the copper boiler has a
built-in automatic filler. The Super-automatic product design consists
of steel and techno-polymer mixture, with a steel and brass delivery
unit that is microprocessor-controlled.
